Worth having lunch at this BurgerKing written by chelly

I went to this BurgerKing at 5600 West Colonial Drive. I went through the drive through but missed putting my ordere in over the speaker. When I got to the window I told the lady that I missed putting in my order. To my suprise their attitude was "NO PROBLEM". They rushed my order and did it with a smile. It was a wonderful expirence. It made the rest of my day go smoothly. The were very professional. I have eaten at many of the restuants on West Colonial but this was the best one and I would go there again. I was ticket #317 The ladies used termal ID 717079. Termal 3.

Horrible Service written by anonymous

i went to this BK to get my son a drink, and there was a massive back up. I was stuck in it, so I just had to stay in line. I am waiting at the little thing to tell them the order, and nobody answers. So, I pull up to the window. After 30 minutes of waiting, I pull up to ask them for the drink. The guy looks at me, shakes his head "no" and counts his drawer. Nobody comes out and says that they are closing and he does not even have the decency to open the window. Horrible service.
