My partner went to BK on Tharpe, store 1109 for dinner on August 26. Food was lousy and the store was in poor shape. Greasy floors, lackadasical staff. When he left, his truck would not start. He had no cell phone to call for help, so he went inside to ask for help and a phone to call for assistance. The employees told him they HAD NO PHONE he could use to call for assistance. He ended up walking home, in the dark, on a stormy evening. When he got home he was pale, and overheated. This man is a veteran and partly disabled due to his military service. If this had been a woman, alone, and she had been attacked or worse, what would you have done? What if he had been hurt? I cannot believe BK could not make a 1 minute call to help someone in need. This store has been singularly unhelpful and given poor customer service repeatedly in the past. This was the last straw. We will never do business with this store again.
