I ordered some garlic knots, they were disgusting. I call the place and say they taste like plastic, which they did. The manager responds, "So you must eat plastic everyday," in a very smart tone. I take them back down there, the man tastes them and says they taste fine, because he didn't want to admit he messed them up. Because of my most recent experience, I will probably never be back. I also would like to add something. I did get a refund; they guy gives me my money, then go's back to handling food without washing his hands. I think the employees need to learn proper manners and safety procedures. I would suggest not going back, because the food just about made me sick.
