FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO SAY I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. THE HOST(WHICH WAS THE PERSON WE SAW)WAS VERY RUDE AND TRIED TO SEAT US(6 PEOPLE) AT A TABLE THAT WOULD SEAT 4. DID NOT GIVE US SILVERWARE. THE WAITRESS WAS VERY FRIENDLY JUST NOT EFFICIENT. ORDERED A DRINK FROM THE BAR, BAR TENDER FORGOT TO BRING THEM, WHEN THE FOOD ARRIVED IT WAS VERY SMALL PORTIONS COMPARED TO THE OTHER LOCATIONS WE HAVE VISITED, NOT VERY TASTEFUL AND THIS PLACE WAS OUT OF A1 STEAK SAUCE... NEVER RECEIVED A FEFILL ON TEA OR SOFTDRINKS AND IT TOOK US 15 MINUTES FOR THE SERVER TO RETURN OUR TICKETS SO WE COULD PAY AND GET OUT OF THIS PLACE. THIS PLACE IS IN NEED OF NEW MANAGEMENT.. AND THE LAST THING, I HAD A FOUR YEAR OLD DINNING WITH ME AND DURING OUR MEAL WE HAD TO HEAR THE F WORD MANY TIMES COMING FROM THE BAR, AND IT SEEMED THE BAR TENDER WAS ALLOWING THIS KIND OF TALK AND JOINING IN ON THE CONVERSATION. I LOOKED FOR A MANAGER BUT NO ONE WAS VISIBLE. CONSIDERING I HAVE MANAGED A RESTURANT FOR THE LAST TEN YEARS, I FIND THIS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND JUST UNACCEPTABLE.

The meal was fine and bonnie the server wonderful, however as I was having my business meeting, we were literally cut off not even to hear excuse me, by a young waitress just to be asked if she can take a small saucer with a spoon, while the whole table was covered with dirty dishes. Later to notice by one of the attorneys at the table that she stopped to tell the hostess and laugh and point at us. The hostess passed by our table and gave a smirk and a um! I asked for the manager only to deal with a long lanky Daryl who's only answer was either mmm!! or that is strange and look at us like we were idiots. He stated he would talk to them and asked them what happened, and walked away, when our meeting was over we heard him at the door complaining to the hostess about the annoying complaints of the customers, and laughing. Perhaps he needs approval from these kids that work there but honestly with a manager like that and his attitude one day that restaurant will be sued. I hope it will be worth it for you. I do legal consultant and deal with people from the DOH and many attorneys, this establishment is foolish for hiring kids (ignorant) to serve the paying customers and "Manager" like Daryll who obviously's only interest is to fit in with the crowd that could be his children.
