We've eaten here several times, and the food is always wonderful. They have both breakfast basics and more unusual items, like their wonderful skillets and the very-rich-and-decadent bananas foster-style french toast. The portions are generous, the fruit is always fresh and interesting, and the house coffee is very good. There are also lunch items like salads and sandwiches, although I've never tried them. There's usually a 20-minute or so wait on weekend mornings, but they set up a serve-yourself coffee area so you won't have to wait to get your caffeine fix. The restaurant has a very pretty view overlooking Lake Arrowhead and plenty of shady parking spots. The service is usually excellent, but ocassionally you'll get a server who is very friendly but less efficient. This is not a cheap, quick breakfast, but the prices are very reasonable for the portions, quality, and ambiance. Also a good spot for a breakfast meeting.
