Unbelievably bad written by unbelievable

Picture this: L'appetito Restorante sends menus for the first time to my neighborhood. I decide to try them out. My order arrives incomplete, late, and cold. When I call and ask for the owner, he/she isn't there. I call again, they "offer" to refund the cost; an hour later, they send some thug who asks for "all the food back"; when I said it's in the trash, I'm threatened. Yes, a GREAT place; a nice welcome to the neighbors to try their place. It took me five subsequent calls to get the name of the owner, and I suspect even that was a fraud.

This restaraunt offers very friendly wait staff and wonderful food at a fair price, unlike its direct competition across the street, Listrani's which keeps you waiting sometimes two hours during a one hour business lunch. L'appetito's selections and desserts are suitable for anyone and their newly renovated atmosphere gives an international zeal to your meal. I have also hosted large business presentations here and go regularly with friends and family, as I plan to today, and have been going for about 3 years.
