  A small gay bar mixed with straight. Both men and women are welcomed. Considered to be a dive by most reviewers. Neighborhood bar with loyal customer base. Open earlier than other gay bars. Located on the SE end past Capitol Build. on Pennsylvania. Happy hour 3pm to 8pm. Good sandwiches. Men's room holds one at a time and lock on door did not work. Friendly and reasonable priced.
