The place looked charming and nice until we realized our table was right next to the garbage bins (hidden behind a blue half door, but stinky nonetheless.)

After ordering it took about 45 minutes to receive our food. Everyone around us was also waiting for their food for a long time. No one told us why we were waiting or even checked in on us. The waitress helping the family next to us didn't even apologize to her table when (after an hour) she brought them their food. I was amazed at her attitude since we were all ordering simple meals and the family had two very hungry children waiting patiently.

My Husband ordered a panini "special" ($13) and I ordered the Dolmades ($11). I have had hundreds of Dolmades and tried them in at least 5 countries. (I grew up eating my father's.) And I can honestly say these we the worst things I have ever eaten in my entire life. They were served piping hot and tasted like the cheap kind out of a can (which you eat cold.) I burned my mouth on the first scalding, slimy, vinegary bite. My husband couldn't even swallow the bite I gave him and said it tasted like vomit. (He isn't prone to exagerration.)

I felt sick the rest of the day and my mouth is still burned. I wouldn't normally be so mad about burning my mouth, but who serves Dolmades scalding hot??? Even when they are prepared warm they are never served that hot. I was expecting a pleasant & cold lunch dish.

My husband's panini was barely pressed, not melted or warm and clearly brushed with a lot of oil. So we're really not sure why it almost took an hour to get it. I guess they were waiting for my dolmades to boil?

The salad dressing was just bad mustard and "salad oil". We both couldn't eat it. And my salad wasn't even cut up, just huge pieces of lettuce and canned olives, it looked like a garnish (it wasn't) and was terrible. The yogurt dipping sauce for the dolmades was not greek yogurt and just had a pound of chopped dill sitting on the top, it wasn't even mixed together. All of this for a bargain deal of $25!

I have actually never been so upset or disappointed in a meal in my life. This is the first time I've ever gone online to write negative review. The only saving grace was that the waiter saw that I had hardly touched my meal and took it off the bill. He was really sweet and I felt terrible. He offered to get me something else, but the thought of waiting another 45 minutes for a new culinary disaster was more than we could bear. There was nothing redeeming about the place. I hope our waiter gets a job at a better restaurant since he was clearly the only person working there with any sense.

Great food, great service written by Jeannie

We love having breakfast here on sundays. It is good food, they cook it any way you want it, and organic! We have a great time everytime we eat here. The servers are very nice and the food comes out really fast. We ride our bikes to it from home and the location is prime.
