Best in Tehachapi! Period! NO question, even better than In & Out. I tried many others, but can not compare anywhere that is good as this location. Restroom has to be the cleanest and owner works at the restaurant all the time. Teriyaki has to be the greatest in Kern county. This is not even Japanese restaurant and Teriyaki has to be the best! Must try!
