All of us sent our Bloody Mary's back, red colored water with Vodka. The menu does not describe the meal accurately. Did you know that hollandaise sauce has 1/3 part tobasco? Neither did we! And the menu should have stated so - I expressed how embarrassed I was that I brought friends here - they all said their food was terrible, dry, not at all what they had expected. I shared this with the owner/ manager Jim (he was busy drinking at the bar.) He said it was our fault, we didn't arrive at the same time - true - it was within minutes of each other. I guess that negatively impacts the chef, and explains the description on the menu. He offered us a gift certificate for our next visit. I declined, and requested some money back.. first he said yes, then he said no. Better food is in a vending machine -

Went for lunch with a new work associate. Sat outside on a beautiful spring day....table was great. Was disappointed with my entree salad as it was over dressed and the same was true for my friends salad. Other than that it was a great experience. Yes, I will return to give it another try.

My husband and I frequent Bridges at least once a week. We have never had a bad meal. The service is top notch. Their desserts are to die for. We like the idea that the owners are always walking around making sure everything is ok. The location couldn't be more beautiful. Come and see for yourself.
