I wasn't expecting a restaurant like this in little Coalinga. I had a fine, flavorful steak, great appetizers, and friendly "country" service. None of this "I'm Verner and I vil be your vaiter zis evening," pretentiousness. Great western decor, but you don't have to wear boots. A real steak house. Have you ever BEEN to a real steak house? A place that SPECIALIZES in meat? This is it.
