  Great Food, Great Atmosphere

  The food is wonderful! There are booths with curtains that you can close for a more intimate setting or a little privacy. It can be a little expensive (meals range from about 12 to 18 dollars...then there's the delicious appetizers, drinks and desserts) but they are worth it in my opinion. Be sure to try the blended Italian margarita. :-) When I'm in the AV and want Italian, I always go to Carinos. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes delicious food.
