They steal customer's credit card #'s
We managed a family business in Bakersfield CA. A customer came in and I felt something was wrong. I did not like the vibe I got from him, he was using a prepaid card and I kept trying to delay his purchase but he did not give up on buying a whole lot of electronics. Ieven called the card comapny and they told me if it is going thorugh then it should be fine. Days later we get what is called a chargeback from our merchants services. Basically they take the money out of your bank acct and you are out teh money and the merchandise. Several days after that we got a call from a man from Vegas, explaining what happened. He and his wife were in Bakersfield for a wedding and the ONLY PLACE THEY ATE AND USED THEIR CREDIT CARD WAS THE RICE BOWL.It wa shis credit card # that was on the prepaid card the man came into our place of business to use. We lost hundreds of $$$ in Merchandise and money because of their scam. For a small business owner it is devastating. We had to indentify this criminal and he was arrested not to long after. He pled guilty and he had only recently been released from prion for teh same thing Credit Card fraud. THE RICE BOWL!

needs a makeover
this resturant needs a major make over .someone call chef ramsey....the chow mein tasted burned. we complained and got another bowl of burned chow mein ive eaten there for years and the services has gone down hill these past few years.when i was 12 i did get food poisioning from eating there.. i was a kid i loved there egg drop soup so i forgave them. im an adult now and im saying PLEASE GIVE THIS PLACE A MAJOR MAKE OVER..
