The first night that I visited the Barkin Dog there was a band playing jazz music and they were great. I didn't realize that Modesto had jazz music that was of that caliber. The food was great. I had a bacon avacado burger and it was hands down the best hamburger I have ever had. The second time I visited the Barkin Dog there was a band playing that was made up of some local teen agers and they were incredible. The food was awesome. The atmosphere at the Barkin Dog is just right for fun with friends or for a date. I highly recommend this place to all!
