I thought that it was a very pleasant restaurant. The food was good, with a wide variety of appetizers, main dishes, and desserts. The service was nice, but if there are a lot of people, the waiters can become very neglectful. I would recommend for people to go there when there are not a lot of people, such as on weekdays. Foods that I mainly liked were the different kinds of rice, the desserts, and the seafoods and meats.

The Manager Told Us to Never Come Back written by Henry06

The manager told us to never come back again... not that we were planning to. We've been here multiple times and although the service was poor, we kept coming for the food and price. However, today the service was exceptionally bad. We had to flag down waiters to take the order, they never refilled our drinks even when asked, and they gave us dirty looks whenever we made a request. For example, they brought out a pot of tom yum soup (meant for sharing) without any bowls for sharing. When we asked for bowls, they gave us two (although our table had 8 people). We asked for additional bowls and waited for at least 10 minutes. We then asked two more individuals and finally received them...though we did hear the waiters speak disrespectfully about our table in Thai in the seating area (too bad they didn't know one of us understood Thai). Afterwards, they charged us gratuity although their menu stated that gratuity is only applied to parties with 9 or more people. We refuted that act since we were very dissatisfied with the service. We paid and left seven cents tip (because that was what the change came out to). We headed towards the parking lot and the manager followed us out while screaming at us. She gave back our seven cents in change and kept on yelling. She did not listen to any of the feedback we had about the service and told us never to come back again.
