i been going there for years best place in east la the burgers are fresh great chicken dinners i also remember the green burritos man were they good if ever in the area u must try it wont be disspointed they are a frindly staff and breakfast is great and the price makes it better i am going back soon for the burger cant wait

WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT ALEX'S..I LOVE THIS PLACE/ I GREW UP IN E.L.A. ( PRE INVASION) AND THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO GET A FRESH MADE BURGER GROWING UP IN THE 60'S.
CHEESBURGER & FRIES ( FRESH MADE THE LAST TIMKE I ATE THERE) THE BEST... IT WAS REALLY GOOD TO SEE ALEX AFTER ALL THESE YEARS AS WELL !!! WHAT I REALLY USED TO LIKE WAS ALEX'S GREEN CHILE AND CARNE BURRITO. ORDER ONE WITH FRIES AND A COKE AND .OOOO WA LEE!!!! TOO BAD THEY CUT IT FROM THE MENU RECENTLY. I WISH'D THEY'D BRING IT BACK -YOU HERE ME ALEX? BRING BACK THE BURRITO!!! I GOTTA ADMIT ITS BEEN 1999 SCINCE I ATE THERE LAST. I CALLED ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO ..( TODAY IS 6-8-06) SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO TOLD ME THEY DIDNT MAKE THEM AMY MORE. ANY WAY ...THE BURGER IS THE BEST, FRIES .DRINK.MMMM.. I WISH IT WAS HERE IN TEXAS THO' . YOU SEE , I MOVED TO TEXAS IN 1978 AND I HAVE BEEN ALL OVER THE U S A AND IVE TASTED SOME GREAT BURGERS,( AND BURRITOS) BUT ALEX...YOU HAD THE BEST. NEXT TIME IN E.L.A. I RECOMEND TO GO THERE,ITS ON OLYMPIC BLVD ABOUR 2 BLOCKS OR SO EAST OF MCBRIDE AVE( THE STREET WHERE I GREW UP(..HELLO JOHN JOHN..NINA AND NINO!!!) OTHER THEAN THIS I USED TO LIKE JIMS BURGERS SOME TIMES . BUT TAKE IT FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS EATEN BURGERS IN A LOT OF PLACES..( INCLUDING > THE >>OLD BURGER PLACE ACROSS FROM THE MERCADO IN JEREZ , ZAC. MEXICO ..THEY WENT BAD THOUGH WHEN IT GOT SOLD) ALEX ..THE BEST BURGER(BURRITO) THANKS
