Favorite tea parlor...great High Tea written by BettyS

I have frequented this beautiful tea parlor many times with various friends and close family members. It's a very fun place and their High Tea consists of many courses of scrumptious (?is that a real word?) food. Their parlor layout is unique and fun and they also have a free dress-up closet that comes with the tea sittings. Recently, we learned nice things about their Ladies Night Out event and I'm working on organizing an outing for me and my friends.
Yes, I will return like I have been for almost a year.

They serve Gunther's Ice Cream! It's awesome...especially with their great hot fudge! We ordered lunch and found that the quality of their food was even better than the very chic decor (which we loved). My daughter was thrilled to discover that they host various girls' birthday parties! And to surpass all expectations, I discovered that they host a variety of women's events in their beautiful tea room! This is a wonderful hidden gem in downtown Roseville (Vernon St).

French-deco tea parlor? Ooo-la-la in Roseville! written by

Since we've never been to a French-deco tea parlor, we had to check it out. My mother is always bragging about one she goes to on the east coast so now I get to brag back! The decor was very chic with black table cloths, white doillies, crystal wares, etc. We each got to steep our own pot of tea and the scones were wonderful. The sandwiches were so good I brought my coworker back the next day for their chicken salad sandwich (full size) in their separate cafe (the tea parlor is in the back of their establishment). I've never had grapes my chicken salad before and it was addicting! We also dressed up in their vanity closet. I didn't like the idea at first but when I finally gave in, I couldn't stop smiling with joy. I had a wonderful experience there. Now I have a good excuse to get my mom to fly out here for the next family visit.
