First, the house dressing is so delicious that I could live on it the rest of my life! Loaded with garlic, cheese, and awesome flavor! I asked for a little thing of it and blew off having butter on the exceptional dinner rolls, that are also homemade, but dipped it in the dressing! Oh it was Manna from Heaven! The lasagna was the best I've had out! (Better than the Blue Parrot or Colacci's in Louisville, CO if you know your exceptional Italian food!!) The meatballs were tender and flavorful, even the angel hair pasta was cooked to perfection! The eggplant parm was rated as the best one of our dinner companions have ever had, and the raviolis were proclaimed as King of the Stuffed Pastas! It is a fantastic place! The ambience is NOT romantic or "cultured", it is down home Italian family dining and the best treat you can get if you really want the real deal. We've been to Terra Cotta and all the hip foothills eateries and trust me on this.. they are outstanding for ambience and sometimes the food is exceptional, but I will go to Argenziano's long before I would go to the foothills or anywhere else! I would fly in from Alaska for cripes sakes! The place is about Italian food and I felt like I was a real Italian eating it and savoring the flavors. And, I love garlic. The dressing, again is a garlic lovers paradise!!!
