Applebee's Neighborhood Grill

The server tonight was unprofessional as he served us our drinks with his hands wet (from what?, where?) He asked if my wife wanted a refill, we had not even ordered our dinner yet and the glass was empty. I have been to Applebee's for years and really like it, but the server was really bad with his mannerism altogether. I'm not at his house eating at his table! Be courteous, kind, welcome your guests to Applebee's and treat them like your glad they came to your restaurant.
We were seated behind employee's on break whose food was left on the table with flies on in for over 30 minutes (I'm not exagerating).
I used the men's restroom where paper was on the floor, sink top was dirty, faucet did not appear to have been cleaned in day's, and the brass handle and door plate was so gross I used paper to touch it with.
If emoployee's have enough time to sit behind patrons and cause commotion surely they have enough time to at least attend to a restroom in need of being CLEANED!!
the last couple of times we have visited this restaurant, ther server has been about as poor in service as one can be.
