I went to Nu for a business dinner. The meal was fantastic, starting with the house salad (it was unusual, served on a rectangular tray with gorgonzola cheese & finely chopped fruit on the side), served with a Jolivet Sancerre. The main course was walleye pike over a risotto (done perfectly), with sliced fruit on top (oranges and grapefruit). An unexpected mix of elements that really worked. Dessert was a "chocolate triffle with nuts" - really a layered mousse served with a tokaji. I was an out of town visitor, and this was meal I'd have been delighted to pay more for in one of the major cities. Highly recommended.
