We arrived a little late for our reservation to find a packed restaurant, surprised that we didn't have to wait. The maitre d' seated us quickly. From the beginning we were treated so nicely. Our server was very knowledgeable, the menu varied and fabulous. Lots of fresh fish, steaks, very inventive and imaginative dinner features. The wine list wasn't one of those three thousand page lists. It was small and had a variety of geat wines. We were also shown several of the maitre d's private selections. Can't believe we were dining in Springfield. The resaturant/bistro is in a working art gallery and it was so very pleasant. Try the Tiger Tenderloin- it's beef with tiger shrimp. To die for> We'll be back.
