  Gianmarco's is the best Italian in Birmingham

  We chose to celebrate our anniversary at GianMarco's and were so glad we did! The oyster appetizer was delectable, the entrees were superb, the flourless chocolate torte was decandant and the wine was incredible! The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable and the wait staff was pleasant and unobtrusive. We will definitely go back again soon!

  This is an awesome restaurant with great food and a great atmosphere. Everything is excellent from the service, the food which is always served fresh and steaming hot and the friendly people that work there. Many of the same people work there since the restaurant opened. I would recommend this place to anyone. The wine list is also excellent!!!

  I'm so glad the respinto's came to birmingham. From 1 to 10, Gianmarco's gets 11s across the board. The ambiance, the service, the wine list, the FOOD, the character, and family atmosphere is not found in any other fine dining experience I have ever had. I have eaten here a hundred times and will continue to do so. The wine list is extensive and VERY reasonable. You would easily pay 2 or 3 times these amounts at any other fine restaurant. The specials ( of which there are usually 4 or more) are creative, fresh, and sometimes mind-boggling. Some items you will tell your friends about:
  the cheese torta appetizer, the oysters appetizer
  tomato and mozzarella salad
  rigatoni formaggio, eggplant parmigiana, filet, chicken boom-boom
  flourless chocolate torte and the amazing STRAWBERRIES AND ZABAIONE.
  
  You will love the food and the people.
