EVERY time i visit this location the food is burned, the service sucks, you cannot "have it your way" unless your way is f***ed. The number to the Corporate office in Miami (that explaines alot) is: 305-378-3000. They will not accept e-mail complaints, must not have a server powerfull enough to handle all the "you suck" mail. If you are hungry while in Oxford, try the dumpster behind Super Buffet, it has better food than the bk.
