Panda Restaurant

For about a year, Panda seemed to be under new management or new ownership. The quality of ingredients went way up, seasonings were beautiful and service was great. We were terribly disappointed last week to find the previous staff back again and obviously, the old chef. There were gristly bone bits in three out of 8 fried dumplings (a real appetite killer). The soup had an underflavor of seafood gone bad, the egg roll was filled with cabbage and nothing else...I'd say save your money, go to Carr's and get the "Oriental Express" -- at least you expect that to be bad
