I think that Mennna's Joint was a really good time and that they desrerve the frealking world. i love them cuz thwey h bave buffalo sacue. and i liek that alot. go team. thank you menna joit for supporing my hunger.thank you. MUAH! thanks again you people

The customer service is terrible! written by

My party placed an order that came to a total of $29.22. Needless to say the establishment I work at provides very profitable businnes to this particular location. Even though the place of my workplace is literally 1 block away they stated it would be a 45 minute delivery time. ok... So I go to pick up our order and there is 3 delivery cars out front and the order we placed is sitting on top of the counter getting cold. When I checked the bag my dub was made wrong. I asked the manager to fix it and she asks me "do you have the extra money?"...!!! Um... wow.. after a statement of such I said "Nevermind I would just like a refund because my food is made wrong and I do not like the service i'm recieving." This maneger then asks "well, did you pay with cash?" After I answered she became even more upset and grabed 6 and some change out of the drawer and threw it on the counter past my hand!!!! This occured on 9/30 at 9pm. I dont know how professional this establishment is supposed to be and how committed to good customer service they are but this is surly not up to par!

Food is the bomb, pizza dub rocks my world and it's always quick and easy... right next to the bars on albert a for sure 2 AMer. Really busy right around bar time so if you get there right before 2:00 you should be golden. The dub is one of the great new college style foods that come in about any combination you can think of.

I work in an office that on two to three occasions per month, would order food from Menna's. Our orders were always in the $40-$50 range, so it seems that we should have received better service than what we experienced. On numerous occasions, sandwiches would be missing from the order, which entailed driving BACK to the restaurant to pick up the missing Dub. The final straw happened today. Even though the employees, including a manager, realized and admitted their error, they refused to deliver the sandwich that THEY forgot to put in the bag. Our office is located relatively close to Menna's, but is still "outside their delivery range." We expressed our frustration and indicated that we did NOT wish to have a credit, as we no longer wanted to order from them, but it was not good enough. It seems that to throw away repeated business of a couple hundred dollars a month by refusing to deliver a $5.00 sandwich that YOU forgot to give to the customer, is not a good business practice.
Word of warning: Always check your bag and make sure the number of Dub's you ordered is there--and also make sure that the correct Dub's were given to you. Our office will no longer order from this establishment.
