I have lived in central IL all my life, and there are few pizza places that I would rather eat at than Filippos' Pizza in Monticello. Their food, while not the most authentic italian out there is certainly unique and delicious. You won't find this kind of take on pizza or italian food anywhere else. I love their pizza, thin or thick, and their meatball sub. Everything else is great but those are my favorites.
