My family & I were going out to eat after getting home from vacation in June. We were all tired & didn't feel like cooking. We went to Gino's. We were greeted warmly by 3 employees up near the carryout counter & were seated quickly. Our server, Steve, was very polite & efficent. Sounds great, right? Wrong. After we placed our order, I got up to use the bathroom. The manager, a young girl with blonde hair, was in the bathroom obviously high. He eyes were bloodshot & she looked completely out of it. I ignored it at first but then later, I saw her storming around & then she yelled at an employee. Our meal was wonderful & our server was excellent but that manager really put a damper on our evening especially when we left, she was by the door & we said good night, she sneered at us like we had caused her great pain. If I go back to Gino's, I'm going to make sure she's not there.

Here's the short story-good food, great service, bad manager. My family went to Gino's East for dinner a month or so ago & while the food tasted just as expected & our server, a young man named Steve, was polite & efficent, the manager, a young blond girl, made our meal very uncomfortable. I went to the bathroom shortly after placing my order & this girl, who is probably 27 or 28, was in the bathroom. Her eyes were bloodshot so I assumed she was high but when I was back at my table & she walked by, she walked like she was intoxicated. Later on, she was yelling at an employee for something trivial & the poor girl who was getting yelled at looked upset. The manager should not have yelled at the giril in front of customers. The final straw was when my family left & said goodbye, the manager just looked at us like we had done something wrong. She rolled her eyes & shook her head then went up some steps & sat at the bar. In 42 years, I have never been treated so rudely by someone whose job it is to be kind to others. My family didn't do anything that warranted being treated like that. I won't go back to Gino's & I'll tell my friends too. This is ridiculous.
