It is a chain and that should tell it all, but I'm not sure why when each manager can manage their own restaurant. Perhaps their pay is so low it is difficult to make a good effort.
I think that the service at Chilis was the best ever possible the night that we were there for a good hang out with some friends. The atmosphere by itself was comforting and we felt right at home. I will go back there very soon. The waiters and waitresses and well mannered, and the drinks are to write about...JUST GREAT!
The ribs were acceptable, though we've had much better. Though the sides that came with the ribs were not good. Seemed like frozen broccoli just heated up. Same applies to the triple dip platter, very gross. Fried items very watery and would have been better off heating up frozen food from Meijer.
