My visit to P F Changs was a great expirience. I have to admit, I had never heard of it until one of my friends told me about it. I was skeptical at first, but after arriving there I was put at ease by the nice customer service I received. I don't remember exactly what I had because I let a friend order for me and it was a year ago. But the best part of the meal that I've never forgotten about, is the banana spring rolls. Omg that is the greatest dessert I have ever had In my life. I dream about it all the time. If u have never had the banana spring rolls u don't know what you are missing. I don't even like bananas, but I love this treat. Thank you so much P F Changs
I've been to PF Changs many times but I've never been all that impressed. The chicken dishes that I've tried have been very bland and required adding additional sauce for flavor. Everyone praises the lettuce wraps, and they are good, but not that good. Again, I find myself adding sauce to the lettuce wraps for flavor. I did enjoy the crab wantons, however.
Service is fairly average with smaller groups, but horrible with larger groups. One time, with a group of 15, the service was so bad that we got an apology from the regional manager. The restaurant is very crowded and can be very loud. Otherwise, the atmosphere is nice.
If you're looking for good Chinese food, I would go somewhere else. If your looking for a good restaurant in Eastwood Towne Center, I would look at many of the other options including the Fish Market or Claddagh.
I go to PF Changs pretty often because it is the best chinese I've ever had. The lettuce wraps are absolutely to die for and the atmosphere is definitely one of a kind. The food is pricey but sooooo good. The service is exceptional usually and even better if you eat up at the bar. LOVE IT!
Having been raised with generations of Chinese restaurant owning/running families, I think it high praise for me to talk about how fantastic P.F. Changs is. I've not tasted but one or two dishes I didn't like and the ambiance is such that I can actually use the word ambiance in a town where most restaurants do not invest much into the atmosphere of restaurants.
P.F. Changs is consistently good and a great place to take friends or even a first date. Classy and trendy atmosphere, nice drink selection, and filling (and very reasonably priced) meals make this a sure hit any night of the week.
The food is really good I dont know why anyone would say it wasnt. It is really crowded, but the food is good enough to deal with the amount of people. Eat there you will be happy. Get the lemon pepper shrimp, and the lettuce wraps. I think all P.F. Changs are a little so this one isnt any busier then usual.
Great food, but way too busy. The tables are a bit cramped together, and servers are allways rushing by. I disagree with the other reviews, the food was great. Had several dishes there, good stuff. Beef double fried noodles are one of my favs.
The ambiance is great, but the food is not. I like salty foods, but their beef with broccoli is too salty even for me. I actually had to send it back the first time I ordered it and I think that may have been the only time in my life I've had to do that. The next time I asked if they could make it a little less salty. It was a "little" less salty, but still barely edible. I think that for the price, there are many better Chinese restaurants in town.
the food at p.f. chang's is ridiculous. the lettuce wraps are famous, but the hot and sour soup is totally amazing. they have a pretty extensive bar also.
the only complaint that i have is that there are entirely too many tables...it's hard to concentrate on your date when you can hardly hear anything...it's so busy!
