We went to Samurai sams for a dinning...it was our first visit and we fall in love to it! The teriyaki sauce was so dilicious and the food is fresh and no greasy oil. The teriyaki steak was very tender though it's a little more expensive. We liked the food and will come back again.

went there for a quick eat. the rice was not cooked at all (the grain is still hard in the middle). so we asked for a new plate since they were making a new rice. we waited for more than five minutes to have a well-cooked rice served to us but the same uncooked rice was given to us.
we complained to the manager/owner but he made an excuse that the staff was newly hired. it;s a lame excuse for ineffeciency. he should have made proper training for his new staff before leaving them on their own.
even the coke was flat coming from the soda fountain. even though somebody complained before us, they still gave us a flat coke.
would not bother to go back there at all.
