Three of us went out for lunch from work. Food was fine - wait staff was rude; management was even ruder. We had an entertainment coupon that they wouldn't accept. The coupon said it was for one free lunch or dinner entree when a second was purchased. We purchased two lunch entrees (a fried chicken salad and a chicken parmesan sandwich.) The third member of our party had their buffet, which the coupon indicated was excluded. The manager (who looked and acted 14)said we didn't order "entrees." When we showed her the menu and that nothing was listed as an entree, she said that we should have asked first what we could order with the coupon. We politely told her it didn't seem right. She gave us back the coupon and told us we could use it the next time, now that we know what we can and can't use it for. When we told her we wouldn't be back, she said that would be fine with her. I don't like restaurants that make up the rules as they go along. I also don't like restaurants that don't value their customers. If they keep this up, they're going to lose a whole lot more customers than the three of us. I won't be back and hope you won't waste your time or money there either!
