  Violators!!!!

  They continously charge a minimum for a credit card and I've advised them that this was in violation of their Merchant Agreement:
  http://www.mastercard.com/us/wce/PDF/MERC-Entire_Manual.pdf (please see page 49 of this Manual section 9.12.3).
  The owner proceeded to "ask me to leave" and that he would no longer accept ANY of my cards again. Which I reminded him that, THAT TOO was in violation of the Merchant Agreement. P.S. I reported them to MasterCard and to Visa!!!
