Note: Manhattan's is NOT a Chinese food restaurant. It has a wide selection of all American food. We have always had great food and good service over the years. It is even better now that Illinois is a non-smoking state in restaurants. Our family eats at Manhattan's every month or so and we occasionally get carry-out. They pack whole meals very well for carry-out.

Their holiday buffets are quite crowded especially because their buffet prices are much lower than other places. The quality of the buffet food is not as good as a regular night of dining in.

Cindy, the owner, has turned this restaurant into an all occasion place to eat where her guests are greeted as old friends and this attitude shows throughout the restaurant. the wait staff are all upbeat & helpful. the service is exceptional. the menu has a wide variety and the food is prepared wonderfully. we've hosted parties there and they were handled with as much efficiency as our dinners for two. AND, the prices are great. No wonder we dine there often!
