Luo's is a pretty typical Chinese reastaurant. The decor isn't so good (kinda bad really) but the food really is very tasty. The people really care about you the more they see you, which is charming...though I've always been treated well. However, they get testy if you order with a CC for delievery!
I esspecially love the three delicacy, sesame chicken, mongolian beef, crab won ton, egg roll (though there's less shrimp and pork than before), egg drop soup.
