The food was terrible, and expensive. Soup tasted like chicken broth with a super dry cube of chicken. My entire meal was overcooked, and rice isn't uncluded.

I also had a similar experience
I have a similar experience as one of the other reviewers. I did notice thought that they seated asians quicker than anyone else. There was an asian families who came thirty minutes after us that received seats before us for now apparent reason. We were rushed through our meal and the server would not split the check for us because it would take too long.

No seat after call in and 50 minutes of waiting
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I made a "call ahead" the day before i went for eight o'clock. We arrived twenty minutes EARLY but did not expect to get a seat earlier. It was quite busy I admit but there were several different sizes of parties. Like me there was parties of 2, 3, 4, and one 6. It was just me and my girlfriend so it was not a big party or anything. I watched as people who came in later than us still were getting seated first. at 8:15 (after 35 minutes of waiting) I went to the desk and asked if they knew when we could get a table. I was told i would be next. As i watched the entire lobby get called out including parties that were our size and I was no "next" as they claimed. I asked again when I we could get a table she told me five minutes. I waited five minutes and saw two people walk in and immediately get a table. I went to the desk again and they said I was next. and as she told me that she called out another party from the bar that was a party of three and I said that if they didnt have a table now i was going to leave. They said ok let us clear one off for you. They then called a party of six and left us still with no table.
We left the restaurant and I called to discuss it with a manager. They handed the phone to the owner who yelled out me. Cursed at me and told me she was right and HUNG UP ON ME! I have NEVER Been treated like this by anyone before. I will never go back there. I am still dumbfounded that even after waiting 50minutes I was told I was wrong. Even after watching the entire lobby empty and watching people walk in and get seats -
Great food
I have eaten there several times and have never had to wait to be seated. The longest maybe 7 mins. The food is great and the service is good too. I have never been disappointed yet.

BAD OPERATING SYSTEM
WE HAD A RESERVATION BUT WE STILL NEED TO WAIT FOR 1 HR TO GET SEATED. The service is bad. We got rush by the servers to pay our bill. I feel that its run for them to clean the table before we are even done. Our server came to use 3 times in 5 minutes to ask if our ticket is ready.
The food is too salty.
Sherbet is served before we finish our meal. A bad experience. They have cocky people working there too. -
Awesome food!
This is my favorite out of all of the hibachi in Wichita. The fried rice is amazing and the scallops are great, too. The chefs put on a great show and I feel the food is well worth the money. The only drawback is that I have had to wait a very long time (over an hour and a half) to be seated, even with reservations.
