  BEWARE!!! Ignore the letter on the door

  on 5/23 I called the mgr. of Angelos to complain about the following. To my horror he made EXCUSES but never once said he was sorry. You read and decide: between the 19 members in our party one person found a FOREIGN OBJECT in the food , a black rubber band. (The mgr. told me they don't use black rubber bands....)They were out of what I wanted so I had to substitute. I later realized I was charged for the item that was out and it was more expensive (The mgr. told me "only a dollar")My friend was among the first table to order. Her calzone came after all 18 others were served. It was the wrong kind, it was cold. She was offered a 50% discount on her meal. At my table the appetizer we ordered came in the middle of the meal. You be the judge: 19 patrons 5 errors, 0 apology.......
