Not good for Indian written by sample

This restaurent is not good for Indians though this is an indian restaurent. One day i went to eat just for snack item. The person who came to take order is very junk guy. He has not given good service just because we went to his hotel just for snacks ;-). I have ordered chat item and it is the worst chat i never tasted. Also one more thing, he billed $2 more for each snack item we ordered and he is not willing to show and give the bill for us. When i have asked to show the bill, he said they wont give bills. I made him to show the itemized bill and he is caught :-)) and he is telling stories that he increased prices recently and not updated in menu. So we got to know that he is cheating all people. So if you go to this restaurent review the bill. I would suggest not to go at all.. Go to Schanburg and get good food.

frequent flyer here, the only in Rockford written by anklebiter

My wife and I eat here a good bit because it is the only Indian restaurant in or near Rockford. The food quality has greatly declined in recent months, and is nowhere near as spicy or as flavorful as it once was (which was still nowhere near as good as what you find in Chicago, where we lived for six years). I would not recommend the place at all, and only go there myself out of necessity - the amount of MSG in the food alone would be enough to tranquilize an elephant. Stay clear unless you have no other choice, and if you do go, only go for the buffet.

INDIAN All You Can Eat Buffet written by RockfordEater

The only INDIA resturant near Rockford IL, the India House is a favorite. I love their daily buffet ($7.95, I think), with all you can eat Tandoori Chicken, salad, several vegetable offerings and a hot chicken dish. Not a wide selection compared to Chicago Indian resturants, but good food, very interesting flavors, well cooked and nicely presented. And the NAN, the bread, is fantastic, I could eat just the bread (I love to dip it in the green sauce). I try to get there once a month, and always get my share (!), enjoying it greatly. They also have an extensive dinner menu, and a full bar. But, I love the lunch buffet, allowing me to get as much of each as I want. Nice atmosphere, would be a good place to take a date and try new foods. Tandoori chicken is always a good fall-back, if you are not up to trying something more exotic.
