Hoop N Wink in ursa Ill. in my opinion is the best restraunt ever.great food!Very very good food.if You live or are visiting around the ursa, quincy ,mendonarea u MUST try it ,it is the best ever.The hambergers are HUGE and the many diffrent choices of sides are off the chart.They have very good pies and milk shakes for deserts.When you eat here u are eating some good old country food and i garentee you will be satisfied
