The wife and I, and her parents, went for lunch. Bad decision. I was amazed at the poor customer service and the manager's lack of concern when the customer has a bad experience. The waitresses, when they were around, were too busy talking to each other. The manager spent most of her time talking to some woman and her kid - and the kid was smoking and obviously underage. The manager couldn't be bothered because her "waitresses were working real hard". Right. Working real hard at gossiping. The food was mediocre at best and lukewarm.

Snotty waitress and cold food written by

We stopped in for dinner. It wasn't that busy. The waitress was snotty...except when she was socializing with her co-workers. Guess that's why our food was cold - she had to take time away from socializing to get it. The manager was unapologetic and unconcerned. Glad we don't live in the area and have to deal with the place!
