I read the previous review and had eaten here several other times and couldn't agree less. Yes, it's noisy and busy on a Friday night at 7:30. I would be nervous if no one was there. A solution in the appropriate season is to eat out on the patio. Service was good. Obviously, the waitress was busy, but we never waited an unusual amout of time to be served. The meat was great. This is a grill. It's a meat place, and the meat was very good. A huge potato. Foxfire salad was on the mark. No room for dessert. If you eat everything on your plate, you need to go to a gym for a month. I will get two meals for the price of one; and, yes, it's Chicago prices in the 'burbs, but so was the meal. A good place for a special night, but not for the bargain hunter. If you're looking for cheap eats, get a TV dinner.

This restaurant came highly recommended by a friend, but the experience left much to be desired. The place is crowded and very noisy. The staff was adequate, but not anything special. The food arrived undercooked in the case of my pregnant daughter's requested medium well steak, and poorly prepared for one of the other guests. The steak,which was still bleeding on it's first arrival, went back but still came back undercooked but at least medium.

I'll go back if some one invites me, but it will never be my choice. Try Isabella's if you want an all around quality meal in Geneva.
