I recently went to Ellison's Restaurant in Hebron and I have to say I had the most wonderful experience. The restaurant itself has an "old time" feel to it, matching the town of Hebron itself with it's antique shops. The owners of the restaurant are really kind and friendly. The cuisine is your typical breakfast food with a small lunch menu as well. Everything was cute - will be back!
