My experience was horrific. To start I had to press the button 3 times before anyone noticed me in the near empty lot. My boyfriend and I ordered one of their "famous" root beer floats. As the float was being delivered through my car window the girl was holding the cup at the bottom so tight that the lid began to pop off and as i went to grab it she dropped it all over me and my car. My new khaki pants were destroyed, my expensive racing seat covers were soaked with sticky root beer and ice cream which then soaked through the seat cover onto my actual seat ruining both. The fabric side of my car is completely destroyed with huge root beer stains, my steering wheel is sticky and on top of all of that it spilled down into my window. Now I have sticky surup and sugar down in the gears of my window just to sit and erode away until it no longer works so that I can pay $200 to get it fixed. So on top of the fact that my car interior is destroyed the lady who spilled it did not even say sorry. There were people in a car next to us and they saw the whole thing happen. The lady then brought me out a damp rag to clean my car and then waited around rolling her eyes and tapping her fingers for me to pay. As soon as I finished cleaning my car up to the best of my ability I walked up to their office and asked to speak with a manager to file and incident report. And out strolls the same woman who spilt it all. The manager then went and got her boss who came out and said that it was my fault and that there was nothing she could do. She refused to write an incident report and still made me pay. What happened to the customer is always right? She said that her manager said that I spilt it on myself, yes I willingly spilt sticky root beer all over my $30,000 car. I then decided to call their 800 number because I was obviously not getting anywhere with the boss. Needless to say as soon as I called the 800 number I found myself listening to an infomercial about insurance. I am absolutely horrified with the way I was treated, the service was terrible and the atmosphere was a run down dying business. The only reason I would return to this resturant is to sue them for damages to my vehicle. I am completely disgusted with the management, the customer is always right, no matter what. I should have at least recieved my float for free, which was awful, instead I was badgered by the boss, forced to pay for a spilled float, and was completely refused to file an incident report.
