Candlelight Inn is famous for Chicken George and the Jan's sauce. Whenever I visit the area I make it a point to go to the Candlelight, one of only two or three restaurants that I make a point of visiting.

The Chicken George (CG) is perfectly battered and fried, with generous portions for both dinner and appetizer. The Jan's sauce is pretty much a honey-mustard sauce that compliments the CG quite well.

There are other fine menu items - standard American fare but this is what I go for. You can pretty much find these chicken breast strips and honey-mustard on MANY restaurants across the US. But this place still does it the best.

The waiter forgot the salad and when the large party next to us arrived(at least 30 people) the service was horrible. no more drinks,(ice tea). We got up and went to the front desk and waited till the bill was brought up. Never did see the waiter again, this is very sad service, the food was great, won't be back again.

Chicken George was great, service excellent, and food and drinks priced right. The appetizers are the best around. Recommend this place for the whole family. Enjoyed the non smoking atmosphere.
