  Best egg rolls in the Quad Cities

  Minh's Gourmet was one of those delightful restaurants that we found by accident. We were attempting to go to the Iowa Machine Shed, but discovered that we'd have to wait 30 minutes for a table. We were far to famished to wait, so we drove a block South and found Minh's.
  
  We're so glad we did! Minh's has the best egg rolls in the Quad Cities, bar none. They're flaky and hot; not tepid and gooey like most Q.C. egg rolls. I had the Mongolian Beef and it was filled with perfectly prepared beef and lots of onions! The Crab Rangoon actually had big pieces of crab meat; a rarity nowadays.
  
  The only complaint I have for the restaurant is that they don't open soon enough on Sundays. We're part of the "after church" dining group, and we'd love to go to Minh's, but they're not open. Too bad.
