On two occasions, we had to return food for coming out at too cool of a temperature. On one occasion, there was a complaint made to the manager or owner, Steve, about the preparation of the food being poor. While charging extra for O'Brien potatoes, they were very poorly made - basically warm, hard diced potatoes with raw, uncooked peppers and onions thrown in! Management/owners rejected the criticism which was given in written form (on the customer opinion cards provided at the table) and in person. No apology - no refund - nothing except unqualified defense of the inappropriate kitchen! For the prices they charge and the way they pack the tables in there, the owner should be more responsive to the customers. Also, it's one of these yesterday's busboy is today's cook sort of kitchens. Doesn't work! I won't be back.
