Bay Meadows - Jacksonville KFC
Service is always excellent and friendly.
On this visit, I had ordered a 2 piece chicken dinner. I began eating the chicken while talking to a friend. I thought the chicken tasted odd, but didn't realize until it was too late, that the chicken meat was blood red and very under-cooked, towards the center. I have had diarrhea and stomach cramping for 2 days and there is no doubt this is the source. My husband received coleslaw, from the same restaurant, some time back, that had obviously gone bad. We will not be back to this restaurant and hesitate to visit KFC again.
We love the food, but cannot trust the preparation. Upon visiting another establishment,(Jacksonville University location), right before closing, I watched one of the employees spraying the floor towards the drain and the spray was bouncing up onto all the items under the counter, cups, etc.
I realize that these issues are indicative of all fast food restaraunts and cannot be controlled, however this is conclusively adding to our opinion that these restaraunts can present a real health issue.

And again, the service has always been pleasant. No complaints there.
