Bad food and worse service. I will never go there again. They got my order wrong and it took over an hour to get it right. Once they finally got us the pizza we actually ordered it was not very good. This was our second bad experience there and also our last.

I LOVE Ats-A-Nice written by mscott

Ats-A-Nice is outstanding from the food to the waitstaff and even the owner!! I can't say enough about the food. The homemade lasanga is the best and the pizza is great!! I have never had a bad experience. When you walk in you are welcomed with a big smile from everyone. The Friday night specials are to die for!!! If you haven't tried Ats-A-Nice yet make it a high priority to do so!!

Hospitality of a family oriented/ran restaurant written by ckostele425

This place is the kinda place where you feel as if you are at a large family gathering. There is a large devotion of families and friends who are regular customers. The pizza can be made to order with a wide variety of toppings from fresh garlic to 5 different meats, to different crusts and more. One patron even brought in his own ingredient not on the menu to put on the pizza and it was made for him the way he wanted it. The bruschetta was excellent. The buckets of beer were cheap.

I highly recommend this establishment.

My husband & I have been dining at Ats-A-Nice for about 5 years now. We started by just ordering takeout pizza & then started frequenting the restaurant, especially on the weekends. We also take friends & family there and everyone loves it. Their pizza is great and the homemade lasagna & eggplant parmesan that they serve on weekends is outstanding!!! The service is also wonderful & we feel like we're among friends with the waitstaff. We highly recommend Ats-A- Nice!!! -Mary from Bolingbrook

I discovered Ats-A-Nice pizza when I was in college in 1990. I now live in Joliet but find it well worth the drive to get the pizza I love. The crust is unique and delicious. I have never had any problems with the service I've received. I just wish they had a restaurant closer to home.

I have had two bad experiences with At's a NIce. ON one occasion, I ordered a pizza as did my husband. We called and tried to cancel one pizza, and the manager told us we weren't allowed to cancel orders.

On the second occasion, I ordered a pizza and found what I thought to be a black olive in it, but it turned out to be some kind of water beetle. It was disgusting.

Not only is the food terrible, but their customer service is bad as well.
