  Best Korean BBQ or SHABU SHABU in brooklyn!

  Dinner at Dokebi Bar & Grill was one of the best dining experiences in recent memory. The food and atmosphere was full of fun energy, food and drinks!
  We order The Kalbi entree, which was accompanied by A salad, about 5 or 6 banchan (sides), a couple of bowls of rice and lettuce wraps. The meat was very fresh and the marinade was light so you could still see the beautiful marble-ization and the juicy red color of the angus short rib. The service was pleasant and helpful (the staff all seem to be lookers). One of the best parts of the experience was being surrounded by others who seemed to be enjoying themselves as much as we were.
  After dinner we went to the backside of Dokebi, which hides a secluded, dimmly lite bar with a reddish glow. It was an interesting full bar with a steady flow of fashionistas and hipsters getting tipsy.
  I highly recommend this place for the food, the unmatched ambiance (especially for a korean place), and service from a great looking staff (absolutely no attitude and totally friendly). We truely enjoyed the place and will be regulars if they'll have us.
