I waited for over 20 minutes for a roast beef sandwich and chicken strips. To come and find out, they lost my order, and the food was already cooked, I stood there just waiting
and people behind me ordered and got their food and left. I complained to the manager on duty and he didn't care that I waited for over 20 minutes to get my food, and that everyone else got theres. I asked for my money back and left there and will never go back there again. He was bald headed, and very rude to me. No excuse for a manager. You want business, treat your customers better thatn that.
