I ordered a special that was on the outside sign,a sampler combo or something like that. I waited 10 minutes for the food, as I sat waiting for the food, I noticed my order was sitting in the window all that time because the cashier and cook ( minorities ) were too busy entertaining each other. When my cold food finally came, I didn't get the _____ popcorn shrimp. The server said she would bring it later. Later never came.
